  1. Work conditions – How are the work conditions at your place of business? In the event things could be better, take the time now to work on them. Failure to do so can lead to a high turnover rate. When you have such a thing happening, it can be hard to have stability in your workplace. You also want the right workplace conditions to entice more people to come and work for you as time goes by. If your biz gets or has a reputation of not being a good place to work at, it can make it difficult to attract new talent.
  2. Rewarding employees – Do you do a good job of rewarding your employees for their efforts? As an example, do you have sales team members in place? If so, do you offer them commissions for their sales work? Such commissions can provide extra income for those selling your brand. It is important that you track the commissions.   4. Flexibility in scheduling – Do you have a rigid work schedule or is there some flexibility? By offering the latter, many workers will appreciate and take advantage of options. This is especially true of workers with young children at home. In today’s age, it is not uncommon for more workers to be doing their thing for employers out of their homes. By being flexible with schedules, you allow workers to meet both work and personal needs.

Taking the time to review how you treat employees is always a good thing to do.
